Dr Graves is a joke and his staff is rude and unhelpful. He gives you an actual list of possible diagnoses then tells you he will refer you to have other test done to find out for sure the problem. Then they don’t refer you anywhere , call you to let you know any information, nor do anything . Then when you go back because you are still not better, he says the same thing and tells you that y’all are on the same page on finding a solution. I've been using Dr. Graves for years as my general practitioner very personable, very well, spoken in describing his suggestions and what he recommends. Very good on keeping with appointment times. Can be tough to get in to see but worth the wait. His nurse Ashley is awesome as well.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Dr. Graves, who appears to prioritize hand-selecting patients over providing care to those in need. After going through what felt like a medical interview, I was told that Dr. Graves declined to accept me as a new patient, and this decision extended to all other doctors in his office as well. I was given no reason for this rejection, despite having a medical history that, in my opinion, should not have warranted such a decision.
