I would like to share feedback regarding my recent experiences at Dr. Vaughan C. Graves’ practice. I want to emphasize that Dr. Graves himself is an exceptional provider—caring, attentive, knowledgeable, and committed to ensuring his patients receive the best treatment for their needs. If I could give this company zero stars I would. The customer service here is non-existent. This is a 'family' owned business, and the doctor's wife and daughter "work" in reception. These are two of the most disrepectful employees, if you could even call them that, that I've ever encountered in a doctors office. Not only do they not properly keep record of THEIR books, but they accuse their paying customers of not covering bills and refusing to admit when they're wrong. This is a mainly black dermatologist office and it’s sad the front desk will ruin dr.graves hard work and legacy . The front desk is very rude and short. They purposely closed on a day I have an appointment, and not notify PROPERLY that people that there appointments were canceled. You send nu appointments confirmation via txt and email but you couldn’t properly contact ppl that their appointments were canceled. Warning If you are seeking professional client-oriented services, please DO NOT visit Graves DermaCare. Several years ago, I was a client of Dr. Graves, but opted to find another doctor that valued my time. My office visits lasted well beyond two hours and that was unacceptable and disrespectful to say the least.
