We went with my mom today to pick up a new vehicle she purchased from Graue. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the way they treated my mom. This was her first new car purchase on her own. Scott Renfro went above and beyond to make sure she understood the ins & outs of this new car, helped her set up the car's features, and even ordered special floor mats (at her request) which were installed before we had even arrived. Seriously impressed with their customer service! Thank you for caring about your customers.

Excellent customer service. We worked with Terry and Chad to buy our Yukon. Jeremy was extremely helpful in explaining financing and warranty options. Buying a car can often be stressful but this was a pleasant almost relaxing experience.
