The gross incompetence of this company is truly mind blowing. I ordered a standard set of reformer wheels, 4 large 4 small. I received 8 large. My serviceman was coming to install so called customer service. They said they would overnight the small wheels. Come to find out they didn’t ship overnight so now need to pay a second time for my serviceman to come back. I wanted compensation for the extra cost but they refused. I was put in touch with the owner, John, and he ghosted me. Horrible customer service!
