First off the women working at Gratitude was the most welcoming human ever. There were two people ahead of me and one person behind me and I think she greeted all of them by name omg. I asked out loud for recommendations for a first timer and the other customers steered me towards the coffee cake and the apple galette. Apple galette is quite nice.
