My first experience was Great. Friendly and listened to my instructions on how I would like my dog cut. Unfortunately yesterday was completely different. The customer service was less than satisfactory. Seemed like we were bothering them from the moment we came in. They called 29 minutes after I left and said my dog was done. I don’t even think he was shampooed. The cut was not what I asked for. I asked for the hair on his head “Mohawk” left alone. Shaved off. He was shaking and crying the entire way home. Took my puppy here for a grooming and it was a terrible first experience. The girl behind the counter was unpleasant and they were not respectful when I was clearly anxious and wanted an update on how she was doing. Then I get my puppy back and they didn’t take off any hair from her body at all which was all I wanted, and cut her head horribly uneven. I'm not sure exactly what you are speaking of as when you checked in we went over everything with you when you came in for your appointment and stated that we can only do what the puppy will allow us to do as we do not like to push them on there first visits. We stated that it would be about 2 hours and we would give u a call. You came back after 45 min to see if the dog was done at which he was not because we were taking our time as it was the first groom. You lost a longtime customer yesterday. My new puppy has anxiety & when I brought her home I notice both of her eyes were bloodshot. Clearly some force was used to get her to cooperate. The owner acted like it was an inconvenience to have to work on a puppy with anxiety. Your in the petcare industry... anxiety is common... learn how to deal with it or call the owner to pick them up. Don’t abuse a 2 lb puppy.

The care my fur babies get here is unmatched. Kaitlyn is amazing and treats my pups as if they were her own. And they look so cute when she’s pampered them.

our dogs come home looking nice; and they are happy! My husband doesn't trust anyone else with our pets. He found grateful pet after our maltipo came home from a former groomer and hid in her cage all day! It's been over 10 years and not a single problem. The staff are all nice and they treat our dogs like family.
