I brought my dog here and the owner cut 3 of her nails to the point of bleeding, sent her home like that, still wet and did not complete the job of cutting her hair. I went back twice, and the staff was very nice, they stopped the bleeding. The second time I returned to get my money back as my dog still had mats and the job was done so poorly. I asked that the owner call me, she did not. This was yesterday at noon. Very disappointed.

They did very well with my Mia for her first groom
