I canceled my service on May 20, 2025, and the Grass roots Teams committed to sending a refund of ~$322.00 for service not performed. Considering that nearly every other lawn service out there is a royal hot mess and essentially just treats their customers like a credit card they can charge, Grassroots is a different animal. Been with them for 4 years now and in that time, I've had only 2 different techs at my home (their techs seem to stay with the company for many many years, which is a good sign). REFERRED to them. After getting my information I told girl I wanted a salesman to come out. She said they won't send someone to my home to discuss my concerns. (Not doing back yard etc.) They do all estimating in office. (This is not my first lawn after 50 years of ownership.). Told her I'll get someone else. She said O K and she hung up.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with this company if you want communication !! NO STARS *********************** ******** **
