If I could give grassroots a 0 I would. Horrible realty company I’ve ever rented from, does not care about their tenants at all and if your house is messy make sure to clean it before the maintenance snitches on you to the property management that the place is “out of order”. I do not recommend renting or leasing from them. I cant say enough good things about our experience with Grassroots reality. Morgan and his whole team were amazing to deal with. They made the whole process from start to finish easy to understand and stress free. On top of their amazing service, their referrals to other services was also a huge help in the process.
