i moved in to my apartment march 5 2025. anytime i’ve tried to call or go in for help or even ask questions they’ve always been very rude and dismissive. not helpful, and seem very annoyed all the time. i’ve also been trying to get a maintenance guy in here to check for mold above my bed that has been there since i moved in but they don’t come i’ve had to reschedule 3 times now. and they had no photos of water damage or mold damage in the lease picture on they’re website.
If I could give grassroots a 0 I would. Horrible realty company I’ve ever rented from, does not care about their tenants at all and if your house is messy make sure to clean it before the maintenance snitches on you to the property management that the place is “out of order”. I do not recommend renting or leasing from them.
