I have lived in one of their units now for four months. Common areas in rental building is not cleaned, repairs are not completed, large pieces of furniture stored in back yard, they recently allowed two large dogs in the basement suite with a non Fenced in yard, since then garbage has been used to close the back gate off. I have lived in one of their properties in Lethbridge. The common areas are not cleaned, snow is not cleared except what I do, there is large pieces of furniture stored in the back yard, the back gate has no door so there is garbage covering the entrance. I would personally clean the common areas but I was in a bad car accident that left me physically unable. When we moved into the unit it was filthy with mice feces etc. I was made to clean it ( took me a month) So these are the reasons for the one star
