RecommendedAbsolutely Amazing Customer Service and Great Products! I ordered the incorrect bracket/seat combo (it was my mistake) for my Raider (solo setup) and called to check about returning my mistake. It was after hours when I called, but the owner still answered the phone, and made arrangements with employees to help me out (all while he was actually enroute on a hunting trip)!!! Great design and easy install..I had ordered one previously for my royal star venture .Although great design,it sat me too far ahead in the saddle.I requested a special order..I'm a tall guy, and needed to be further back in the seat with the backrest...Lonnie heard my concern and made a thinner and more curved design for me...recieved it today and its perfect! very easy company to communicate and deal with...Great job Grasshopper!
