We have used Grassworks for many years now. A couple of years ago, I noticed yards around us- of whom did their own care-looked better than ours. I called Grasswork & asked to speak with a manager, voicing my concerns & asking for an appointment for him or her to come out & look at my yard together. He came in the next day or so. I find that Grass works does work and the combination of chemicals that they use is adjusted each time they come to service the lawn. They don't just plug and play each time, the check the lawn and adjust the amount of each chemical to balance it so the lawn doesn't burn, doesn't get grubs, and it doesn't look look like the Gobi dessert.. Have had Grass works a long time, even in our first home that we bought some 10 years ago. Always very cordial and willing to help work through any problem/question. Have also recently in the last few years gotten their insect control along the foundation of our home for insects i.e., ladybugs, ants, stinkbugs, etc. Really quite an improvement in a few days. Would recommend to anyone

I'm fining out that Grass works really do care about there customers, I had numerous companies service my lawn and Grass works is by far the best company I dealt with, they come when called and if you have a problem they will take steps to resolve them, I highly recommend Grass works

Due to the heavy rains recently my backyard was soggy and I had to postpone and reschedule the aeration/seeding service. Grass works was easy to work with to do this and worked a new time suitable to me. The young man who came to do my aeration/seeding service was very polite and professional. He explained what he was going to do and listened carefully when I showed him markers indicating were there were some underground plastic pipes to care drain water away from the house. I was very pleased with the service I received.
