i used to work here for them they dont Know how to treat employes thats why they have mostly illegal mexicans working for them, i dont recomend them im suprised they even have customers still
The men at Grass Roots were very professional and polite. I highly recommend them.
Not recommended. Employees are not treated well. Constantly looking for ways to cut costs at the expense of their customers and hard working employees.
We signed on with Grass Roots when they were relatively new and enjoyed many years of excellent service. Unfortunately, over the past 2-3 years, their service declined greatly. We have had uneven mowing with horrible streaks left in the yard. We have had more sprinkler heads broken than we can count, all repaired by us. They continue to blow fallen leaves into a fence corner and not remove them. We have continued to pay over $200/month to have the chemical treatments done by these "professionals" only to completely loose the... read more
