I had driven past the Grass Roots office several times and when my knee was giving me lots of trouble I decided to make an appointment. When I went in I was having difficulty walking. Dr.Lofton was like a detective asking all the right questions. She decided to try dry needling which I had not heard of before, but I am so glad I tried it.
