Very nice surgical facility. We were greeted when we first walked in, and check-in took less than 2 minutes. We were told to be there at 7:30 am, but didn't get taken back for surgery prep until roughly 9:00. Other than the 1 ½ hour wait, everything else was very professional and very efficient.
Surgery for a shattered collar bone. Surgery went well, and Dr.Kupchick did an amazing job!!! They problem I have, is there's no online payment portal. I was off work 14 weeks, and prior to even returning to work, I was receiving harassing emails about being turned into collections over the $1158 my insurance didn't cover. I physically drove there to make a payment....the hours are posted on the front doors M-F 6am-pm....I was there at 3:45pm....it was a ghost town. Everything went smooth for my knee operation there takes you a little bit of time to get in there at the beginning but pretty cut and dried
The place is really nice and everyone was very kind, very clean. Would recommend this place for surgery anytime.
