This has been a fantastic experience since starting this process to buy a home. This is my first home and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Alex was great to us through the whole experience and made things easy. Also, the home orientation done by Zack was simple and effective. Also, he was pretty cool.

Very pleasant sales experience with Alex and the team at Grass Lake Preserve. Alex was very patient and responsive, and was able to let me enter the property before closing so I could get some window treatment measurements. He wasn't pushy or impatient and was very down to earth. Throughout the process everything flowed exactly as he said it would. Well done! I love the place and am happy I chose to live here. It's very quiet and peaceful. And I love the "smart home" concept.
