We recently purchased a new townhome from DR Horton in Grass Lake Preserve, Rogers MN. Alex Barnett, realtor for DR Horton, has been awesome to work with! He kept us appraised of the progress as our home was under construction, is very prompt to answer questions, and made what is generally a stressful experience less so.

Great community close to schools and Hwy 94. Some amazing lots that back up to wetlands with nice views. Affordable pricing and the builder has some nice incentives. Alex was very responsive, patient and knowledgeable. I'm a realtor that helped a client purchase here and we both had a very good experience.
Alax is a great sales person and most importantly a very good human being. He is always ready to help, guide and advise I strongly recommend him
