Disappointing to say the least. Service was very slow and not very good. I had to get myself a refill of iced tea. Food wasn't completely terrible but just not very good. My husband ordered the chicken parmigiana and said he like Fazoli's fast food version better. I had a salad with a gross, baby poo colored house dressing and salmon cakes which were a bit burnt. Definitely not worth the price. Seems like they are a nice restaurant wannabe. I don't think even alcohol could have salvaged my experience. Don't waste your money ... read more

Good meal, decent price – Never had any problems with Grappa Grill personally. Food was good and the price was alright. Nothing special but nothing disappointing either.

Worst Mother's Day Brunch Experience Ever – We were taking our daughters and grandkids out for Mother's Day Brunch. I had reservations for 12 people and had made them 3 weeks before Mother's Day. We were taken to our table which was two tables across from one another. I told them that was not acceptable and I wanted one table so we could all eat together. Don't even bother...with Grappa Grill – My husband and I thought we would try Grappa Grill as we had a coupon via our entertainment book. We had heard some negative reviews through friends but figured we would give it a try. The decor is great in this restaurant but the food does not match. I made a reservation for my family for Easter Brunch, some us had been there a few years ago for Thanksgiving and were very happy with the experience. First it took almost 30 after the reservation time to be seated, but it was a holiday and they were crowded so everyone was OK with that. Bad Business, Good Food – My husband and I were in possession of a $25.00 gift card to Grappa Grill. After we had ordered our food and were paying our bill we were told they no longer honored these gift cards and that we could be fully reimbursed at restaurant dot com. The problem is we paid $2.00 for the gift card and we were now stuck with a food bill that frankly, we were not expecting. Although the food was good and the service was great, this is poor business. Worst Time- Slow Service- Incorrectly cooked Steak – Service was slow..Had to ask twice for A-1 sauce..Asked for medium steak and it came out, to our table, well done and dry, and still no A-1 sauce. Waitress finally came by and asked how eveything was, and we told her about the steak and still no A-1 sauce. Steak came back, this time by one of the managers..Cut it opened, and it was raw. Awfui – Appetizer - Had the Ravioli Sampler. Meat ravioli OK, Spinach artichoke OK, nacho cheese? - not so much. Rolls - store-bought and dry - served with frozen butter. Dinner Salads - average at best Dinners had by those at table - Italian Sausage and Penne - Sausage good, LOTS of peppers, sauce HIGHLY acidic.
