Called for a switch to propane on new stove told 39.95 when teck arrived he googled how had call store and ask for a conversion kit witch was in stove he went to his truck came back said it would be 309.00 to change over !!! Sent him on His way .
I requested a $29 ac check, made an appointment, stayed home waiting for the four hour window of arrival. Approximately an hour after the four hour window, I called to check why they had not arrived. They told me they cancelled the appointment, didn’t bother to tell me, as they decided they were needed elsewhere. The person on the phone said someone should have texted me.
