I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Conway as my new dentist. It was very clear from the moment we spoke at the appointment that she is a very caring and compassionate dental professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions, guide the appointment step-by-step as to what she would be doing and why she was doing it. Once the dentist entered I knew I was in good hands. Care and ease was executed. She was the first dentist of all my years to measure my jaw structure. I give this place a standing innovation, no exaggeration. Even the receptionist was extremely nice by going above and beyond.
New Dentist & I am very impressed with Dr. Conway and faculty! Dr. Conway is very professional, highly educated, she answered all my questions and is very thorough in everything she does! Fantastic service from the entire office. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived up to the moment I left. The staff was professional and made a lot of effort to make sure I was well informed and comfortable. They even spent a good amount of time explaining what they were doing and made sure I had a good understanding. Throughout the whole cleaning I felt no pain and felt very comfortable, I highly recommend.
I just had a cavity filled in my molar. Dr Dinh and staff were awesome! They took before and after photos which I really appreciated. Seeing the cavity and then Dr. Dinh's work afterwards was great. I had no pain/discomfort during the entire procedure. I would recommend this place.
