Staff is a little off putting, and the prices (especially for repairs) are much higher than the rates at the on campus AU Bookstore. I needed the hinge of my macbook tightened, they quoted at least $75 just to look at the computer. The bookstore tightened the hinge same day for around $10.

I have had occasion to need these folks three times - in a crisis every time, and they are great. Above and beyond and for a very reasonable price. I have been back again to Graphicom. They cleaned my trackpad, uninstalled a recalcitrant MSWord for Mac and reinstalled it, and gave it a general wellness check - all for $50. It is certified Apple repair and at that price I hope they are around for a long time.

Charged me $25.00 and did nothing. Still having same problem with Ipad.

Excellent experience! Great customer service and quick turn around time. This is the best place in Auburn for Mac repair hands down. I won't go anywhere else. A++

My experience at Graphicom was frustrating, at best. The staff I encountered were unfamiliar with replacement programs offered by Apple (so much so that I had to show two staff members the Apple webpage with replacement program information because they kept claiming it "did not exist") and were rather unhelpful. I left and had MUCH better luck at the Apple Store in the AU Bookstore. I suggest that anyone else needing assistance with their Apple products do the same!
