steven clemens had us work on his machine, after the machine was repaired and the unit functioning as designed by the manufacture we got paid with a hot check. when confronted about the hot check he exploded, coursing and accusing us of all sorts a things .he is someone not to be trusted. definitely not a good person to do business with.

To the folks that left the three negative reviews. Ultimately, you left a bad review but when you called you had extremely bad attitudes and all of you wanted something for nothing. We are not in the business of doing free services. Also, we are not a print shop. We are an installation and service company. Therefore, your reviews are inaccurate and unfounded. I sent an email asking for an estimate and trying to schedule a meeting for fairly large print job. Steven responded requesting a PO so he could charge to come out and measure the job - to which I responded that in my 25 years in the industry I had never been charged for a site when its part of the printer's job to gather the measurements to to use in printing the items requested (think measure twice and cut once). Steven is a miserable business man. He lied about having a job completed and left us hanging with an extremely large customer. He has horrible communication skills - zero actually - and can't be bothered to use technology. This company is lazy.
