Its a pretty cool place to live, I really like it and its also quiet. My husband and I with our two puppies love it. The maintenance team especially barrie is quick and efficient with solving any problems we had. The only thing that kind of sucks is the in unit washer and dryer are smaller than I thought and it take forever doing one load. It takes over 3 hours and they’re super small loads. The washer and dryer doesn't really fit any of my blankets. And the laundry in the basement is not great either. But besides that every... read more
Really enjoyed living here with my family for a year. Great location, updated building, secured parking and good management. Also, worth noting how quiet the building is due to its solid, concrete construction. Absolutely best deal per square foot in New Center or Midtown.
I absolutely adored my time living at 41 Burroughs. The lofts are gorgeous, quiet and spacious. The building only has a few tenants so it makes for quite the cozy apartment building to call home. If you're looking for an industrial style loft, with great layouts this is a gem in downtown Detroit. The management company is responsive and caring. Marc is my guy! He has made living here a true treat.
