Standing orders for labs to be drawn. Showing up last minute . Doing them a day late. And taking them through a 24 / 7 antibiotic pic line. The same type of problem changing the pic line bandages. Once a week for each. Yet I call to see what time and they don't have us scheduled.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Emergency Support I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Grapevine Home Health Agency. One of the most serious issues is that the agency is closed on weekends, which is unacceptable for a healthcare provider responsible for patient well-being. Emergencies do not stop on Fridays, yet there is little to no adequate access to on-call staff when urgent situations arise.
