Worst care ever
My mom needed wound care after being discharged from the hospital. Everyone was great in getting it set up and her RN Louis was there 3 times a week, always on-time and made adjustments to fit our busy schedule. Thank you Louis for being so caring and professional . 🙏❤️🩹
0 stars-- Terrible company! Literally, they do not send the person when it is scheduled to go and they DO NOT call to let you know that there has been a scheduling issue or that they are running late. You call and they don't help at all and say they should be arriving at some point this week, but can't even tell you when they will arrive. Imagine if they were the only people someone is relying on and they dont even show. Trash.
My son is receiving care from them seems the health aide is an excellent employee. However physical therapy hasn’t shown up and they did a health care check twice last week. Still finishing up the month but I hope to find a more reliable company.
