My son is receiving care from them seems the health aide is an excellent employee. However physical therapy hasn’t shown up and they did a health care check twice last week. Still finishing up the month but I hope to find a more reliable company.
Zero stars. My 96 yr old grandmother was discharged from the hospital back on July 23rd. The social worker found this POS home health care and set up physical therapy for her. They came out and did the initial assessment and that's it. It's been a month and l have not heard from them at all. I called these tards a few days ago and left a message to call me back with some sort of status... I have yet to hear back from them. Terrible terrible
They told me to "calm down" when I wasn't even upset. Telling me that upset me and then they hung up on me. You're not here to "coach" me and tell me how to act, you're here to answer my simple question over the phone. I need HELP FOR MY 79 YEAR OLD MOTHER....IT'S HEALTH CARE, is it not??????
The nurses were exceptional, came out every day, very friendly and helpful. Never had any issues.
This is the worst place for in home care. I have months waiting for a physical therapist. It took them months to get a nurse to come once a week after we were approved for twice a week. This company is not help, they are a bigger stress added to the patient!
