I love my place it is nice, quiet & well kept. Being downtown is convenient despite some of the closed businesses or few homeless people you see. Granville keep their property safe & I have never had an encounter with anyone. I like the fact that I can put in a maintenance request and immediately get a response. I've been renting an apartment in one of Granville's downtown properties for just over 7 months. Overall it's been an okay expeirence with the property management, but I do not plan to stay here long term. Maintenance has been short staffed for the past three months resulting in long wait times for nonessential repairs. My garage was broken into and I had property stolen, despite the complex being gated with security patrols. If I could give zero stars I would. Karen Garcia is the worst & most unprofessional manager I’ve ever experienced. She likes to try to bully the residents with continuous 3day notices for unwarranted issues she creates . Granville management does not maintain their properties including required fire inspections. They will not respond to resident repair requests, you will be stonewalled. They create fake invoices & narratives to try to keep your security deposit and charge more. I would give zero stars if I could. We rented a house while our $800,000+ GRANVILLE house was being built. We constantly had mosquitoes in our backyard because proper drainage was not placed in the grass and it would constantly flood. We put in work orders, someone came out, but proper drainage was never put in and we were not able to enjoy our backyard without getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. Charlene Brewer was the worst landlord by far she scammed money from me a couple times did not like her one bit. Then I got Danielle Falasci who i honestly adore she was so sweet helpful thoughtful and top of her game. Every work order I put in was fulfilled within 2 days. I am going to miss her being my landlady. Thank yiu granville for everything . I would totally rent from your company any time. Its been a great experience. Love yiu Danielle
