Charlene Brewer was the worst landlord by far she scammed money from me a couple times did not like her one bit. Then I got Danielle Falasci who i honestly adore she was so sweet helpful thoughtful and top of her game. Every work order I put in was fulfilled within 2 days. I am going to miss her being my landlady. Thank yiu granville for everything . I would totally rent from your company any time. Its been a great experience. Love yiu Danielle
I keep coming in contact with Lisa who seems to lack basic phone etiquette. She doesn't say her name or company she's with until you ask. Any basic questions you have she has you call to speak with someone else. I guess anything other than a text is too much for her. Then when you do call you only reach voicemail
Would literally give zero stars if possible. These people are the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They do not deal with repairs in a timely manner, I went all summer without an ac! They didn't even care at all, dodged our calls and dragged their feet. I would recommend not ever renting from this company.
We had the pleasure of working with Karen Garcia and Granville Property Management for nearly two years. Karen was excellent; she was proactive, engaging, and thoughtful. Really surprised to see the negative reviews on here. Karen Garcia was our property manager for 2 years. She was awesome and Granville always took good care of us. We only had a handful of maintenance requests and they were always resolved promptly and professionally. There were no surprises at move out, and we got a very reasonable portion of our deposit back. We are seriously going to miss our old apartment and can only hope future landlords are as good as Granville was.
