I lived here for one year and paid my rent on time every single month. Unfortunately, my experience with management and how issues are handled was extremely disappointing. Just assume that whatever security deposit you pay will never be returned. Both times I left a Granville unit, I cleaned it from head to toe. They made sure every cent of my deposit went to 'cleaning and repairs.' What a SCAM! When I first moved in in 2022, they were decent. In the last three years, they've had constant turnover in their Property Managers and they have all been just as terrible as the last one. They never respond to calls. I love my place it is nice, quiet & well kept. Being downtown is convenient despite some of the closed businesses or few homeless people you see. Granville keep their property safe & I have never had an encounter with anyone. I like the fact that I can put in a maintenance request and immediately get a response. I've been renting an apartment in one of Granville's downtown properties for just over 7 months. Overall it's been an okay expeirence with the property management, but I do not plan to stay here long term. Maintenance has been short staffed for the past three months resulting in long wait times for nonessential repairs. My garage was broken into and I had property stolen, despite the complex being gated with security patrols.
