Best place to live! Julie the manager is amazing and goes above and beyond for everyone here. The maintenance crew is great!! I loved living here for two and half years! It’s updated, clean and quite. The train is something that I see some people have complained about, but I’ll take the train over gunshots and people screaming and yelling. It’s hard to find a safe and affordable place in this town, so I’ll take the train, it’s not that big of a deal. I slept through it and I work nights. Lived here for about 1 year. My rent was always payed on time. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. I'm very disappointed in the new management. Old manager didn't do her job and we got charged for it. All wrongs things were written down and still got charged for them. Don't believe the lies about security. There is no guards on patrol. They do have 6 spas, but only one works. Its noisy during the summer do to all the UC students. I was told if I moved out sooner that they would do a pro rated amount on my rent. Well ... read more
The new management is AMAZING! The old management was horrible, the grounds were dirty, credit on accounts was unaccounted for, questions would go unanswered. BUT that does not happen anymore at all! I have lived here for 2 years, I work full time and I am a full time UC student. I love the complex, the cameras are always on and if I am coming home late from work I can ask them to specifically keep an eye on the ones by my home and they do! Unhappy with these apartments. I cleaned the apartment very thoroughly upon moving out and they kept way too much of my security deposit without sufficient reasoning. Negatives: Grounds are really dirty (not really trash but more like spiderwebs everywhere and just gray piles of dust). Noisy neighbors and thin walls. Cockroaches. Yes, COCKROACHES. Not enough lighting in parking areas. Positives: Ample parking spaces, well designed floor plan, nice counter tops in kitchen.
