I recently switched to Grantview, and I’m so happy that I made the move. I have seen both Dr.Castelli and Dr.Finch. Both fantastic! I recently had a scare with one of my dogs, and they got me in right away. Friendly staff from the front desk, to the technicians. Highly recommend! They also go the extra mile to call and check on your pets. That was lacking at my previous veterinarian.
Everyone is very professional and time to talk with and get to know you and tour pets.
Dr. Castelli is the bomb and so are all of the friendly staff. My 3 year old Lab-Pit mix has been in rather frequently thanks to his curiosity and energy levels. We've been treated for a gnarly parasite and more recently, he has cut his paw on broken glass. Everyone is warm and caring and the staff loves Rowan, so of course that's fun. I don't live nearby, but I make the drive because I really like Dr. Castelli. She'll tell it like it is and help find solutions for my stubborn dog.
I just want to give a shout out to the doctors and staff at Grantview Animal Hospital. I had to put my fur baby to sleep today which was very unexpected. The support and compassion was outstanding from them all. This was the first time I have dealt with this and was one of the hardest things I have done. I am so very grateful that these are the people to take care of my fur babies. Thank you for the time you took with me and your patience. Outstanding care!
