I had a phenomenal experience with Grant's. I had a problem with mice in a crawlspace, but I discovered I live too far from town to be in the service area. NO PROBLEM! The lovely lady on the phone took the time to patiently teach me what it takes to mouse-proof a space like mine, even checking on some material specs for me.
