I called indicating a pest issue in the attic that I wanted to resolve asap, as it was affecting my kid's quality of sleep. The lady I spoke to was lovely and was able to have someone come over to look at it right away. I agreed to an inspection of a steep $175. The company provided the inspection, left indicating that they would like to see the money within the hour, and eventually provided the written quote. I had a phenomenal experience with Grant's. I had a problem with mice in a crawlspace, but I discovered I live too far from town to be in the service area. NO PROBLEM! The lovely lady on the phone took the time to patiently teach me what it takes to mouse-proof a space like mine, even checking on some material specs for me.
