Jd was great! Got me back to looking like a new man. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have no complaints about the hair. It is not okay that we had to wait on multiple different occasions for 4-6 hours when we had an appointment time scheduled. We came on day and let Shi’eba know that we would be a little late- we asked a coworker when we got there and apparently she had just left. She did not text back or anything. I have asked for tips on how to make the twists tighter and she says “I’m the stylist you should make an appt” so we did that but she wasn’t even there. This ... read more
