Owners are fantastic people, very caring and want the best for their tenants. This is probably one of the best if not the best deal you can get for an apartment in a college town. WiFi, electricity, and water are all included in your rent. Also the apartment comes furnished, which is an added bonus.
Owner Mr.Chad &Mrs.Kristi both are gentle , super-care taker and quick service maker. It’s difficult to find such owner . We are living since more than two year @#2, 605,West grant avenue , our family is highly satisfied . We all 3 are highly satisfied with them & hoping more and more success to them.
This was a perfect spot to live at if you attend Eastern Illinois University. Right across the recreation center and football field. 10 minute walk to lecture halls.
