Lindsey is truly amazing to have as a landlord. She gets back to you quickly and answers all concerns you may have! I enjoy living here.
Great place to live. Great management and great maintenance staff.
Beware of the Grant Square apartments. Income based apartments. Reported a resident to Lindsey(property manager) Deb( regional manager) and Joan (MD) that a resident has someone living with her and she receives assistance. They did nothing. all residents are required to have a background check and her "house guest" never did. We have children at this facility and they are doing nothing about it.
