Every single person I encountered in the ER was courteous and professional. My wait time was not long and it seemed like we moved from one station to the next relatively quickly. Thank you to Dr. Willman, to the guy in billing who stayed at Hyatt in Hawaii (sorry I forgot your name!), and everyone else along the way. Not only were they all patient and courteous to me, I saw interactions with more challenging guests and everyone maintained a level of patience and professionalism that was impressive.
Staff is great but hospital needs major upgrades. My friends doom has a sink coming off the wall. Someone should really chase off the people outside trying to beg for money and cigarettes

I had a 17.5 cm mass removed from my shoulder and needless to say the surgery went great! I want to thank personally Dr.Albert Campbell MD for making my shoulder look normal again! The day of surgery the staff and everyone was very nice and did a follow up call the next day to see how I was doing! If you have any type of Lipoma and need removed please look up Dr Albert Campbell! !
Had a bad fist nurses were nasty doc was not helpful
I wouldnt of went there but was slightly unconscious to make that decision.The ER was excellent.Under observation. My nurses were caring and very busy.The aids that took me to different areas very kind.My bad points there was they put a divice on my bed like a prisoner incase I would get up.Wouldnt do an mri on me because my eyebrow was pierced and I wouldn't take it out.Ive had ms since 1998 and have done at least over 20 some mri with them in.At least 6 there.They refused to give me an mri.I had this same MRI done at river... read more
Short wait time, minimum hassle. Staff very helpful, compassionate. I don't do doctors, but was forced to in this case and was very happy with diagnosis and treatment.
