Grant management bought out our property management company, and I do have to say, after living on this property for more than 30 years. Grant management is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. It does not respond to emails and offers no credible solutions to any issues on your property. Grant Property Mgt co. is like many property management companies, can be difficult to communicate with and get follow-through on requests and projects. Although we were unable to prove that GPM has done anything illegal, their business practices ride the boundary of unethical. If you are not a big community, you will not have a fighting chance to get the law on your side in a dispute against them.
