This place is AMAZING! I just got home with my new watch and I could not be happier. Went in for a specific model not knowing that in person it wouldn’t fit my wrist the way I wanted. I was shown similar options from the same brand and was able to get a watch that perfectly fits my needs. Cool little shop with wonderful customer service. Will be back and would 100% recommend. My favourite watch shop in San Francisco. Great for Seiko wrist watches and wall clocks. Also great for many other brands of watches. The owners are lovely and very friendly and extremely professional. Would recommend to anyone who wants an imported watch! Hope this shop stays in business for many years!
I had watches that needed batteries. The owners were extremely friendly, knowledgeable , and helpful. The price was great. The store is immaculate. Their jewelry is beautiful- I bought gold ear studs for my grandchild while waiting for the watches. Well worth the trip
