I had my first appointment yesterday. It was my first time seeing an ENT. The doctor Listened to me while I explained my symptoms, examined my ears, performed a hearing test, explained the need for a CT scan and follow up afterwards. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They reached out to me to schedule an appt. after receiving a referral from my primary. All went well.

Where do I begin…I went in for an alledged sinus infection and it wound up being a deviated septum, this alone was last October. The new year came and I got the CT scan done, no sinus issues BUT my septum was deviated by 3 mm ( according other doctors that’s significant enough to warrant correction, but this guy wants to drill holes instead (?). Dr Torchinsky and his colleagues could not have been more helpful leading up to and on the day of my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I am recovering exactly as they prepared me to expect. Multiple times in the lead up they called me to answer questions I had. Highly recommend them.
