Great service team to work with! Mike the service technician as always performed well.
Mike from Grant Mechanical was here today for a furnace/ac tuneup. He was terrific. He schooled us in filters and inner workings of our furnace and ac unit. We signed up for an annual check up with Grant Mechanical. We were relieved to know that our systems are working just fine with a little tune up.
I called in the morning with a plumbing emergency and they were there by 1 o’clock. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very professional.
The primary reason for using Grant Mechanical is their employee James the Plumber. He is a true professional and solved our water quality problem. I have used James’ services before and I would use him again. Grant’s back office communication is sub-par. They need to improve it.
