The guy was super cool and informative and came in a timely manner. The company is great but 600$ to replace a 80$ part is a little outrageous. We still have no heat. I would have loved to have them repair my furnace but 600$ is way to much for a simple, common, and cheap part. Had to order it on Amazon and have to try to do it ourselves..
Grant is very responsive , reasonable rates, great to deal with!!
