I’ve had Grant do regular maintenance on our old system for over 10 years. No complaints. Unfortunately I had to replace my entire hvac system. Brad was spot on with the quote and was able to answer all of my questions. The install crew couldn’t have been nicer. I had one small issue which the team came out the same day to make an easy fix. Customer service is the best in town. Thanks to the office staff getting all my rebates started!
Very appreciative of the guys who installed my pressure tank and the piping and pointed out that there was no valve to keep the septic smell from coming into the laundry room
We had an emergency plumbing issue and they were able to get out the same day. James was amazing. Professional and courteous, and was able to alleviate all of my concerns, making sure the entire problem was found and resolved. He also noticed a completely unrelated problem with our water heater that was a potential safety issue, and remedied it right away. Definitely would use them again in the future and refer them to others.
Mike was great! Helped us set up the wireless thermostat. Highly recommended.
