Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Absolutely! I trust them over any other doctor

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
