Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
