Selling a home can be stressful. If you add staying in another state on top of it, it adds another unbelievable amount of stress. The care that was given to me during this process was unmatched!! Excellent company. Need a place to stay, call the Property Manager (Candis) helped immediately. She responds to quick and get task completed so fast , that is makes the process seem like where has ppl like this been hiding. I need her to be my person when I’m ordering takeout, on hold to pay a bill, or arguing with my spouse. lol She just makes things feel like everything is going to be ok
I jave used Grant Investment Properties for yeaars and would use no other company to manage my properties. They keep me informed and are quick to resolve anyissies my tenants may have. They get the properties rented quickly and provides comparable information for local market so I can make good business decisions.

Worst agent to go thru for renting a house. The ac went out and was my responsibility to contact their maintenance crew that totality lied to us about everything. The land owner did nothing to help the situation as did the real estate agent. Been a month without ac. I do not recommend this company. We had to actually clean the house before we moved in. Lol what a joke.
