We just got our 5th piece of equipment from these guys. Excellent service and super fast response time. There are 10 guys we could use between us and Saratoga, but we will continue to buy from Grant!
We have been in business for almost 13 years. We have only been offering vinyl graphics for just under two years. We purchased a 54" & 64" Roland print, wall mount cutter, 54" laminator, and Mimaki 54" cutter. If we run in to issue's if they cannot help take care of something over the phone, then they are able to stop through and help out. Either way they try to take care of any issue we run in to. Bruce & Andrew are top notch! I have purchased 2 machines from Bruce so far- a 54" Versacamm and an LEF12. Both times Bruce has gone out of his way for me to make the process as smooth and painless as possible! When I had issues with figuring out how to do things with these machines, Andrew has been right there! Whether he called me to help me out or came to my location.
