They worked with me when I got frustrated they bought it back and gave me an amazing deal on a new one. I buy everything from them now. Even if price is a little higher it's worth it. I purchased a Roland 30" that needed a small part installed. Andrew came a few days after my purchase to install. It turned out that it needed a new head installed. He tried a couple things too save me from having to put more money into it right away. He never once pushed the sale on me. I decided that the quality standard wasnt in the print and had him install the new head. He didn't waste any time and had it running in a hurry. I was very happy with the service I received and would recommend Grant Graphics!
