Dr. Steve Nguyen and his team are a great team. Professional, friendly and can resolve any dental problem or any cleaning requirements. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
They were very rude. When I called their office to make a reservation for my daughter, the receptionist not american american blaimed my pronouncation. She didnt concentrate my speaking and she talked to somebody else at the same time. After that, she started blaming my pronouncation. If she didnt understand or concentrate our conversation, she can ask me again. She does't need to blaim my pronouncation. I should keep quiet about this racism talking? They said they take my insurance but then when I came in I had to pay more than everywhere else who’s in network but they’re not. Why didn’t you let me know when I called? They only wanted to take me in and out quickly without care and oral hygiene instructions.
I am 75 year of age. This Family Dentistry is the best place I have came . I am really like the service.
