Recommendedthe staff was amazing today
Was in last Thursday July 23,2020 with a foster puppy I had just picked up. Everyone was so nice. The vet picked up on the puppies skin condition quickly, old schooled it 🤣 medications prescribed. Today the puppies belly and legs look amazing. She hasn’t scratched all day!!! Best Vets ever!!!
my mother in law had her dog put to sleep here paid the money to have her cremated and when we got her ashes back they had the wrong name on her urn and when she called up there to get it fixed. well do you mind to paying g a small fee to get it corrected. no they made the mistake fix it for free as it is your mistake. will not recommend anyone to go here and we wont be back. very unhappy with the services they are heartless cold and careless when it come to having a loved animal put to rest here.
We love Dr. Twehues. He is very detailed in his examination and always looks at all possible issues and treatments. The staff is excellent as well!
I'll never use another vet. I have a very skittish dog, and shes hard to handle for some people. Shes been having some skin issues so I called them, and they got her an appointment same day. while she was being looked at she was scared but they did great with her. I couldnt be in there today with her because of the pandemic, but they made sure to call me and keep in the loop. Everyone here is doing an awesome job!
Love this vet! The staff is extremely caring and thoughtful. They saved my Great Danes life last year and I’m so thankful they took such great care of her! They just recently spayed my other Dane and she healed so fast with minimal scarring. Highly recommend!
Both Drs. are so caring towards your pet and also you. They both went above and beyond to help save my baby. Unfortunately, Rowdy went to doggy heaven today and I hope he is chasing cars and squirrels. The staff was so caring and sympathetic to my loss. We truly appreciate all of them.
The Grant county veterinary clinic is the best in all of northern Kentucky and more! I have never experienced such kindness for my sweet dog or myself and my family! My poor brittany spaniel was diagnosed with ringworm this summer and they have done absolutely everything in their power to make this horrible process easier. We’ve had lots of appointments for months and I’ve had to take my two small boys and the dog with me. They not only take care of Dot but helped me while my toddler was having a bad morning. The doctors and staff are professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. They truly have a loving concern for the animals in their care.
