I rate them a 10! I feel this clinic is superior to any other I've been to. I feel confident with the knowledge and skill of everyone that works there. I have received superior care and support with reasonable pricing and have never been made to feel like a "bad parent" when cost became an issue. we love them!
Otter had to have a tooth extraction done recently and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Twehues and his staff. They gave updates along the way, so I was even further reassured by the care Otter was getting. Now the look he gave me as I dropped him off, well Otter is second to none on guilt trips! Thanks again everyone for taking such good care of him!!

I have been taking my pets there for years and I really appreciate the care and attention they give to you and your pets. Caring and compassionate staff....in December I had to put my cat down and it was absolutely horrible for me. .but the entire staff helped me. Thank you all!
