Yesterday I was out taking a morning walk. I came across an older gentleman replacing his paperbox and mail box posts.. Beside him was a Grant County Sheriff's car and a deputy. Appartently the previous day someone had ran over this gentlemans mail/paper boxes and garbage can. Reponding to his call the deputy was helping him dig the new holes and reinstall the boxes. The Deputy helped until done. Sometimes its easy to be critical of our officers and the department but this situation made me very proud of living in Grant Coun... read more
