So beIN as this pitbull belongs to a fire district 13 volunteer fire fighter who tells me this isn't his dog after I informed him the sheriff's on the way as I am a witness to this pitbull that went into a neibors yard snatch up wiener dog an took it into thier yard as I flipped around pulled up I ran into yard as it chewing life outta this dog I take it to emergengency clinic in Moses as I come back to meet the sheriff he says it's a civil matter an does nothing as obviously it's the home owners pit bull . .
