I don't think he interacts with the whole community in a positive and supportive way , I think this town and the people who run it (sheriff) are very clicky and segregated.
because around here a person can be penalized for being a crime victim with extenuating circumstances stances, and the Sherriff's office shows no sympathy and doesn't care
