Excellent. Granny Nannies was an integral part of our home team that made mom’s hospice experience both peaceful and comfortable. Our #1 goal - Mom’s comfort - was kept prioritized. The caregivers are compassionate and professional. They have proven to be a true Godsend when families are in a health crisis. Ken and Lizzie went over and beyond to meet our very difficult scheduling needs in a timely manner. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Sometimes caregiver changes were needed to create a better fit for our needs and that was handled very efficiently. The caregivers became like family. Their hard work and dedication were always apparent . I highly recommend Granny Nannies!
Aides were great except for one with bad attitude, but she is gone now, scheduling needs some work, and wasn't happy personal valuables were rummaged through, other than that the aides were awesome .
Just reached out to work with them and they were amazing
Everyone on the Granny Nannies team are amazing!! they really helped out with my aunt who has severe memory loss. I really cannot say enough about how professional, accommodating and helpful they all are. Thanks guys!
