This owner is off her rocker. She plays mind games with her staff. She makes promises but doesnt keep them. Example saying she wants to sell the carehome to you, then turns around and says shes selling it to someone else. Makes alot of promises but has zero follow thru. Then when you tell her youre quiting she promises stuff and trys to buy you to stay. Only good thing here is the pay but the owner has some major issues. If she would just be honest and follow thru to her promises it wouldnt be a bad place.

I went in there and the manager I spoke with was unprofessional to staff I can only imagine how she is with the family members that are left there would never take my grandmother here manager needs to be fired you don’t speak to staff like that just because you’re in a higher position.
