Shadoe came to our home and showed us the product and gave us ideas. We were just getting started in a very large bathroom remodel and were trying to learn about the different options. He was very patient and if he didn’t know the answer he didn’t hesitate to call someone. We decided to go with a different product so can’t give details about the installation. He was ver patient with us and never pushy. He understood that we were researching what was the best option for us personally.
