We were told last week they were closed and opened today! We get here at 10:30 and not only myself but another couple was here waiting! We called the number to find out someone called in sick and no one is there! Horrible way to support customers and truly upsetting the way they handle their customer service!
Their product and their workmanship are both excellent! They are responsive to phone calls and very polite. They transformed a 1950’s kitchen into a beautiful and functional space!
My company has worked along side Granite Transformations for 8 years now. I have witnessed a lot. This company works hard to take care of their customers. Most jobs go well, but like every company, not everything goes perfect. But even when the going gets tough, GranTrans has always risen to the occasion. These are high quality people who care about their customers, their needs, and ultimately, their happiness.
